Use our handy size chart to determine your size. If you are in-between sizes, size down for a compressed fit and size up for a relaxed ft. If you are on the cusp of a size and would like more rise in the waist or length in the leg, we suggest going up a size.

CUSTOMER CASE STUDIES
YOU’RE 6’ & WEAR A WOMEN’S SIZE 8
You fit the Standard size perfectly. However, for a higher rise, extra leg length, and a more relaxed fit, you prefer the Large.
YOU’RE 6’4” & WEAR A WOMEN’S SIZE 16
You fit the Large size perfectly. You can also wear Plus for a higher rise and less compression.
YOU’RE 5’1” & WEAR A WOMEN’S SIZE 12/14
You fit the Standard size. However, you prefer the Large due to less compression on the waist and a higher rise. Both sizes may be a little long, but you don’t mind a bit of extra fabric at the ankles.
YOU’RE 5’3”, HAVE A 25” INSEAM & A 44” WAIST
Even though you can wear the Large size, you prefer to go up to our Plus to have more length in the rise, allowing the leggings to sit comfortably above your hips and bum. You do not mind having the extra length in the legs and can simply tuck the fabric under. You feel more comfortable with a more relaxed fit.
YOU’RE A SIZE 12 & HOLD MORE WEIGHT IN YOUR MIDSECTON WITH NARROW HIPS AND THINNER LEGS
Although you can wear both the Standard and Large size, you prefer the Standard because the rise sits above your hips and provides a snugger fit around your legs.
YOU’RE A SIZE 12 & HOLD MORE WEIGHT IN YOUR THIGHS, BUM, AND HIPS
Although you can wear both the Standard and Large size, you prefer the Large because the extra rise allows you to pull them up over your hips. The Large also allows for less strain on the seams allowing more room for movement and mobility.
YOUR CHILD IS 2 YEARS OLD
You prefer for them to wear the Kids S to M because the extra fabric at the bottom can be tucked under, and will allow for room to grow.
YOUR CHILD IS 6 YEARS OLD & WEARS A KIDS 6/7
They can fit into the Kids S to M size perfectly, but can go up to the Kids L to XL to allow for growth into a size 10/12. The Kids L to XL will not be as tight as the S to M, and may be a little baggier with more length, but it will allow for this room to grow.
YOUR CHILD IS 11 YEARS OLD AND 4’11” & WEARS A KIDS 14/16 OR ADULT XXS/XS
They fit the Adult Petite size perfectly, but also fit our Standard to allow for more room to grow.
