Once your order has been processed*, your package will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. *Processing time takes approximately 1-3 business days.

Shipping within Canada:
If you need your order shipped to the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario or Quebec, we offer the following rates:
- For orders of $50 (subtotal) or less, we offer a $5.00 flat rate (no tracking) or $10 flat rate (with tracking).
- For orders under $149.99 (subtotal), we offer a default of $10 flat rate (with tracking).
- For orders over $150 (subtotal) - we offer FREE SHIPPING CANADA WIDE.
We offer a $15 flat rate for standard shipping to the 'The Territories' (Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories) and the Maritime Provinces (Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, P.E.I.).
Please Note: International Standard Shipping can take up to 6 weeks. Customers outside of Canada may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.
International Orders: Worldwide (USA included)!
We offer $20 flat rate shipping for residents within the continental United States and $30 flat rate shipping for international orders (All other countries). Default and standard shipping does not include tracking information.

Changing or cancelling an order:
Change of heart? Well, it’s still possible to cancel your order - if it already hasn’t been sent out! Give us a shout and we’ll simply cancel and refund your order, minus any administration fees.
Sadly, if your order is already in transit, we can’t make any changes. We can’t change your order once it has been submitted. Such a bummer! This also includes changing the quantity of items or changing the delivery address and/or payment method.
Stuff happens and we all get busy! With that being said, if nobody is at the address when Canada Post arrives, a note will be left in the mailbox and the package will be taken to the depot; the most suitable location based on proximity, available space and services offered. These locations can change from delivery to delivery. Once your order is left at the most suitable delivery location, the location cannot be changed.
Another attempt to deliver will be made the next day. Three delivery attempts will be made in total. If no success after the third delivery attempt, the package will be returned to us. When you find the notification note in your mailbox, contact the postal service to arrange another delivery address, time or tell them the package can be left at an alternative location on your property, i.e. - backyard, side letter box, etc.
Please remember that orders exceeding $100 might require a signature release to prevent theft. It’s better to be safe, than to be sorry!
If you think it’d be a better idea, then YES - your order can easily be shipped to your workplace! Just please remember to include it as the delivery address. :)
We are not responsible for missing orders. If you select shipping without tracking and you do not have your package, it is not our responsibility if your package goes missing. Shipping with tracking is offered on check out. If your package goes missing but your tracking says it has been delivered, it is the customers responsibility to contact Canada Post for resolution. In most cases, a service ticket must be created to implement an investigation. We do not refund or reimburse for orders that have been lost, stolen, missing, etc. Once your order is packaged by our packaging team and handed off to Canada Post to be delivered, we have no control what happens to your package. We are not responsible for insuring packages.
Please note: If you have selected local pickup and shipping is required, we will NOT honour free shipping for packages below minimum order requirement. If shipping is required and FREE local pick up option is selected, there will be a $2.00 service fee in addition to the appropriate shipping
