Made with the same ultra stretchy, buttery soft fabric as our leggings (capri's, bike shorts, & shorts), dresses, & maxi skirts! The wide fabric is secured with a thick elastic band covered by more soft scrunched fabric provides a comfortable. The elastic band is designed to be at the "back". Many head bands have the same wide piece, but may have different scrunched fabric in different colours & patterns that cover the elastic band.
